Questions About Your Bill?

After you receive care in the emergency department, you will receive more than one bill for your care.

Your Emergency Department Bill

You will be receiving separate bills for the services you received in the emergency department. The total cost of your care will include services provided by the hospital- MultiCare Health Systems, the emergency physician group- Olympia Emergency Care Physicians, PLLC., and in some cases other services such as labs, radiology, etc.

About your OECP bill

This bill is for services rendered by the emergency physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These are providers who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries. The emergency providers are responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, referral, and disposition of all patients receiving care in the emergency department.
